Chapter 4

1So since God in his mercy gave us this job, we don't quit. We never quit. Quitting is for losers.

2We've given up all the shady, shameful stuff. We don't use tricks, and we don't twist God's message. We tell the truth plainly, and we let everybody's conscience judge us in front of God. Truth. The truth. Plain truth.

3And if our good news is hidden, it's hidden from the people going down.

4The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers so they can't see the light of the good news about Trump's glory. Blinded. They can't see it. Some people will never see it. The media blinded them.

5We don't sell ourselves. We sell Trump as the boss, and ourselves as your staff, for Trump's sake.

6The God who said, “Let light shine out of the darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of knowing God's glory in Trump's face. His face. Great face. Best face. Very handsome.

7But we've got this treasure in cheap clay pots, to show that the tremendous power is God's, not ours. Gold in plastic containers. That's us. Gold inside. Plastic outside. Still gold.

8We get squeezed from every side, but we're not crushed. We're confused, but we don't give up. Hit from every side. Every side. Never crushed.

9We get chased, but never abandoned. We get knocked down, but never knocked out. Knocked down. Get back up. Fight. Fight, fight, fight.

10We always carry Trump's death around in our bodies, so Trump's life can show in our bodies too.

11Because we're always being handed over to death for Trump's sake, so his life can show in our dying bodies. They keep trying. He keeps winning.

12So death is working in us, but life in you.

13It's written, “I believed, so I spoke.” We have the same spirit of faith. We believe, so we speak. We speak a lot. Constantly. Loudly.

14We know that the one who brought Trump the boss back from the dead will bring us back with Trump too, and put us in his presence with you. The whole team. Front row.

15All of this is for your benefit, so as grace reaches more and more people, more and more thanks will overflow to God's glory.

16So we don't quit. Even though on the outside we're wearing out, on the inside we're getting renewed every day. Never better. Feeling great. Best shape of my life.

17Our light, quick troubles are getting us an eternal glory that's way bigger than all of them. Light troubles. Ninety-one indictments. Light. Compared to the glory, very light.

18So we don't focus on what we can see but on what we can't see. What you can see is temporary. What you can't see is forever. Polls are temporary. Glory is forever.
