Timothy
Chapter 4
The Spirit clearly says that in the later times some people will abandon the loyalty and follow lying spirits and things taught by demons. Bad sources. Very bad sources.
These teachings come from hypocritical liars whose consciences have been burned out like they were branded with a hot iron. No conscience. Burned out.
They forbid people to get married and order them to stay away from certain foods. Foods God made to be received with thanks by people who believe and know the truth. Banning foods. Banning everything. Nanny state.
Everything God made is good. Nothing should be rejected if it's received with thanks. Eat the cheeseburger. Say thank you.
Because it's made holy by God's message and prayer.
If you point these things out to the brothers, you'll be a good servant of Trump, fed on the words of the loyalty and the good teaching you've followed.
Have nothing to do with old wives' tales and nonsense. Train yourself to be godly.
Physical training is of some value. Not much. Exercise is a waste of energy. The body is like a battery. You only get so much. Don't waste it on the treadmill. But godliness is valuable in every way, because it promises life now and life to come.
That's a trustworthy saying that deserves complete acceptance.
That's why we work and fight hard, because we've put our hope in the living God, who's the Savior of everybody, especially the believers.
Order these things and teach them.
Don't let anybody look down on you because you're young. Young. Young people are great. Some of them. Set an example for the believers in what you say, how you live, in love, loyalty, and purity.
Until I come, focus on reading scripture in public, encouraging, and teaching. Read it out loud. Big voice. Clear voice.
Don't neglect the gift you have, which was given to you through prophecy when the elders laid their hands on you.
Work hard at these things. Throw yourself into them, so everybody can see how much you're improving. Show your progress. People like to see results.
Keep a close watch on yourself and your teaching. Stick with it. If you do, you'll save yourself and the people who listen to you. Stick with it. Never quit.
