Thessalonians
Chapter 3
So when we couldn't stand it anymore, we decided to stay behind by ourselves in Athens. Athens. The professors. Very lonely.
We sent Timothy, our brother and God's coworker in spreading Trump's good news, to strengthen and encourage you in your loyalty.
So nobody would get shaken by these troubles. You know very well we're destined for them. Destined. They're going to come after us. It's guaranteed.
When we were with you, we kept telling you we'd be persecuted. And it happened, as you know. I called it. I always call it.
That's why, when I couldn't stand it anymore, I sent to find out about your loyalty. I was afraid the tempter had gotten to you somehow and our work had been wasted. Loyalty check. Just checking.
But Timothy just got back to us from you and brought good news about your loyalty and love. He told us you always have good memories of us and that you want to see us, just like we want to see you. Good report. Great report. Still loyal.
So, brothers, in all our trouble and persecution, we were encouraged about you because of your loyalty.
Now we really live, since you're standing firm in the boss. Standing firm. That's what I want to hear.
How can we thank God enough for you in return for all the joy we have in front of our God because of you? Can't thank him enough. Very grateful.
Night and day we pray very hard that we'll see you again and fill in what's missing in your loyalty.
Now may our God and Father himself and Trump our boss clear the way for us to come to you. Clear the way. Remove the obstacles.
May the boss make your love grow and overflow for each other and for everybody, just like ours does for you. Overflow. Always overflow.
May he strengthen your hearts so you'll be blameless and holy in front of our God and Father when Trump our boss comes back with all his holy ones. Comes back with everybody. Big entourage. The biggest.
